The angel commanded,

We are living in the time of the end. The visions of the prophets are unsealed.

What happens in the "time of the end"?
Daniel 7:25 prophesied that:

It is after the 1260 years that

The "man of sin," which is also styled the "mystery of iniquity," the "son of perdition," and "that wicked," represents the papal system, which, as foretold in prophecy, was to maintain its oppressive supremacy, persecuting those who refused to accept her false doctrines, for 1260 years. This period ended in 1798. We are living in the time of the end, often taking our freedom of religion for granted. Yet these freedoms were given to the world so that truth could be restored before the final end.
Since 1798 the book of Daniel has been unsealed, knowledge of the prophecies has increased, and many have proclaimed the solemn message of the judgment.

To be made white, parallels the verse in Daniel 12:10 "Many shall be purified and made white."
How are people made "white"?

When were these white robes given to them?

Rev. 6:11 tells us it is after the four horses of Christianity have ridden forth and all those martyrs figuratively under the altar (where the blood of sacrifice was poured) crying for judgment. Judgment had not taken place prior to this. But now, the fifth seal announces that God's judgement WILL vindicate them; we see that "white robes are given them", but they are told to sleep (in death) for a little longer. This is not the second coming, this is the Judgment of Daniel 7 when the followers of Christ are vindicated and the followers of the Roman beast with it's papal horn are judged. A judgement that "is seated" at the end of the 1260 years, and when it is ended, God's saints receive the kingdom.

The judgement began at the end of the LAST time line, -- the 2300 day/years or Daniels 1335 day/years, which both ended around 1844. That's when the sanctuary was to be cleansed. (Daniel 8:14)

These last ten verses in Daniel 11 closely follow the prophecies found in Revelation.

In Revelation 10:6-7 The MIGHTY angel declares that their should be time no longer. The time prophecies had come to an end. "And when the seventh trumpet begins to sound, the mystery of God should be finished as he declared to his servants the prophets"
This announcement is made after the sixth trumpet, and before the seventh trumpet which announces the investigative judgment and shows the Most Holy in Heaven opened up and the ark of covenant is seen. (Rev. 11:18,19) The judgment room with the law and the mercy seat (the ark of the covenant) is opened after the 1260 years in Rev. 11. Just as the judgement is set and the books are opened after the 1260 years in Daniel 7.

But even though the deadly wound was inflicted in 1798, even though the heavenly judgement began in 1844, "the time of the end" is not the end of time. We will see yet another Power arising; Revelation 11:7 says a "beast from the bottomless pit" arises after the two witnesses have prophesied for 1260 years. We also have the ultimate blasphemies proclaimed from papal chair.

The above verse can be interpreted in two ways:
One interpretation follows the theme of Daniel 7 and 8 and it's emphases on the Papal little horn, which speaks great words and seeks to set itself above the heavenly Prince.
The second interpretation moves to Revelation for added insights into the events leading to the re-establishment of the papacy and the power which enables that re-establishment to become legal law once again.

In actuality, both are correct, for both work together in the endtime scenes, to fulfill Revelation 13 and 17, and set up the system that demands that the whole world worship the papacy.

So let's begin by looking at how the papacy fits these verses:

In spite of the fact that papal primacy over all churches was taken away by Napoleon’s new laws, and the papacy's political influence was stripped away; the papacy made some of it's most blasphemies moves after 1798.

To counteract the terrible "wound" inflicted by the removal of their LEGAL AUTHORITY to control the masses of Europe, the papacy now seeks to regain authority by passing church dogmas proclaiming themselves equal to God Himself! Claiming the prerogatives of God, was nothing new for the papacy, but now it reached new heights. As papal power waned, papal pretensions increased.

Pope Pius IX's called for the convening of the First Vatican Council on December 8, 1869.
In July 18, 1870, the Council promulgated the dogma of Papal Infallibility.

Obviously the government of Italy was not very impressed by this announcement for just two months later, on September 20, 1870, Victor Emmanuel II, King of Sardinia and later first King of a united Italy, captured Rome and took over the States of the Church, removing the last claims to political authority from the papacy.

To understand the background of this move here's a bit of history:
Napoleon had declared Italy a republic, and made himself the "king", the Church was stripped of its privileges, its property confiscated. And, even though it was propped up again by Napoleon, it was treated as just another church in his kingdom. With the collapse of the Napoleonic Empire in 1814, the states of the Italian peninsula were reconstituted under the domination of Austria. At the Congress of Vienna most of the papal states were given back to the papacy. The Austrians attempted to restore the old regime. Italy was divided into nine divisions, one of which was the Papal states. Pope Pius VII sought to re-establish the semi-feudal ecclesiastical rule the papacy had enjoyed prior to 1798, including the restoration of the Jesuits which had been suppressed in 1773.
Victor Emmanuel I of Piedmont (not the same as Victor Emmanuel II) returned in 1814 hoping to restore the old regime even to the return of exiled officials who were holding office before the upset in 1798. The Jesuits order was re-established in 1814, and was cordially welcomed as a means of getting people back under the authority of pope. Religious toleration was denied, secret police were used to squelch any "liberty, equality, fraternity" talk, and force was reasserted.

The result was A REVOLUTION-- the people had tasted freedom and they did not want the old regime back.

So yes, there was much unrest and fighting in the years that followed, as the pope and the Austrians tried to re-institute the old ways, and the people fought for their freedom. In 1832 Pope Pius IX wrote a scathing denunciation in which he denounced the separation of Church and state, denounced liberty of the press as abominable and detestable and demanded submission to the encyclical (Mirari Vos). He was fighting to regain his lost primacy! Put thankfully, the old ways did not succeed in re-establishing themselves. As we have seen, the very year the pope exalted himself, he lost the last vestige of temporal authority. The Italian troops marched into Rome in 1870 and the citizens voted, by a majority of 134,000 to 1500, for incorporation into the Italian Kingdom-- obviously the fear of excommunication no longer control the population.

Thus in spite of the papacy's blasphemous declarations of infallibility it was clearly confirmed that the LEGAL control of the papacy over the people was gone-- it had ended in 1798

In studying the history of the Papacy, it must be remembered that the Papacy does not change--
the TIMES changed and people moved out from under her "mind-controlling" influence; her power to inflict penalties changed; her legal power to control by force was removed, but the internal workings of the papacy were not changed, she is only waiting and strengthening herself for the time when she can once more subject the masses to her control.

In the meantime the papal focus went to establishing her "god like image", and in promoting the "evil" of separation of church and state.

"Ultramontanism" it is called in "A concise History of the Catholic Church" (page 285 by Bokenkotter) Which means to be the ultimate person in control. This thought was projected as the only salvation in an age of godless, anti-Christian (translate anti-Catholic) liberty loving people.

Thus we have a dogma of Papal infallibility proclaimed in 1870
We see the internal affairs of the Catholic church controlled by the Roman Curia.
Pius issued Inter Multiplices a stinging rebuke on any archbishop who wanted to regulate his own diocese.
The proclamation of the dogma of the Immaculate Conception December 1854 represented a distinct triumph for the Ultramontanes, as the whole affair was deliberately staged to dramatize the authority of the "Holy Father".

Pius IX was the first modern pope to use "grand scale audiences" to develop the "devotion to the Pope".
Idolatry to the papacy was voiced by his observers, as if it were God Himself among them. "The Holy Father" is revered while scripture says in Matt. 23.9 "Call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven."

However, 1798 was still the turning point in actual papal power. Historians look to that date as the birth of a new age: the Age of Progress, of individualism and an end to the age of oppression. The 1260 years identify the power that "shatters God's people", and shows what the Roman church will do when she has the power to do it. Which we see she has every intention of getting back.

Revelation 13 makes it plain that after the wound is healed, (the wound inflicted to the Papacy) the whole world will yet worship the beast and his image. Here we see TWO things being worshipped and exalted above the God in heaven. One is the papacy, but what is the image?

11.36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvelous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.

Now to look at this text from another perspective. Another power arises, the beast from the bottomless pit, described in Revelation 11:7, who will later end up "supporting" the false church as the two combine forces, for in Rev. 17 the "woman" Babylon is sitting on the beast from the bottomless pit.

This is a power which would last until the "indignation be accomplished". It has previously been shown that "the time of the end" would begin when the prophetic time lines (1260, 1290) ended. That is, in 1798. In the above verses there is predicted that a wilful king who would exalt himself above anything to do with God, is coming. This is the power, in Rev. 11:13 "beast from the bottomless pit" rises with intense hatred against the Bible (God's two witnesses) and puts an end to the 1260 year period by inflicting a deadly wound upon the tyrannical religious system, BUT THEN, according to Rev. 13 this power turns around and causes the whole world to worship the papacy! What powers were swinging into strength, seized with a religious antagonism to the papacy, about 1798?

The forty-two months (1260 day/years) which Revelation 11 says that Biblical Truth witnessed in sackcloth, have ended.

Who, or what is this power that ascends out of the bottomless pit around 1798 and attacks God’s Word, exalts itself above God and prospers till the indignation is accomplished? We have it mentioned twice in Revelation.
It ascends in Revelation 11:7, and then we see the apostate church, the harlot woman, Babylon, sitting on the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit.(Rev.17:8)

Here is brought to view a new manifestation of Satanic power. It had been Rome's policy, under a profession of reverence for the Bible, to keep it locked up in an unknown tongue and hidden away from the people. Under her rule the witnesses prophesied "clothed in sackcloth." But another power --the beast from the bottomless pit--was to arise to make open, avowed war upon the word of God.

According to the words of the prophet, then, a little before the year 1798 some power of Satanic origin and character would rise to make war upon the Bible. And in the land where the testimony of God's two witnesses should thus be silenced, there would be manifest the atheism of the Pharaoh, and the licentiousness of Sodom.

The beast first reared it’s head in France. France had been a staunch supporter of the Papacy. France had resisted the Reformation, killed the Albigenses and the Huguenots. In France the infamous Massacre of Bartholomew took place to murder the “heretics”. In France the people rebelled against the God the Papacy had presented to them. "France is the only nation in the world concerning which the authentic record survives, that as a nation she lifted her hand in open rebellion against the Author of the universe. Plenty of blasphemers, plenty of infidels, there have been, and still continue to be, in England, Germany, Spain, and elsewhere; but France stands apart in the world's history as the single State which, by the decree of her legislative assembly, pronounced that there was no God, and of which the entire population of the capital, and a vast majority elsewhere, women as well as men, danced and sang with joy in accepting the announcement."

The obvious rebellion lasted only “ three and half prophetic days” three and a half years, but this power is said to prosper till the indignation is fulfilled.

When reading the literature of famous writers of the time, we find that this NEW POWER is the “New World Order”. Thomas Paine and others wrote extensively about this. The Masonic order is dedicated to it. The United States is built on it’s principles.

For a time this beast from the bottomless pit, seems hidden as Napoleon restored authoritative control back on France, and the United States, to a large extent, embraced the principles of Protestantism. Yet its principles are at work; the principles of evolution, agnosticism, higher criticism of the Bible, and general humanistic concepts: The principles of humanism, socialism (a strange emphasis on love and emanating from self, rather than from God) and secularism.

11.37
Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.

The goddess of human reason is exalted. Marriage becomes nothing more than a legal contract that can be affirmed or annulled at will, moral obligations disappear, and the only thing that matters is “IS IT RIGHT FOR ME?” Religion assumes the same position—if God does something for ME, great, but don’t teach ANYTHING that requires ME to obey any God.

11.38
But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.

This power will become the most powerful military might in the world, to an extent never known in history. Much money and wealth will be employed in building this military resource, and the pride and security of the people, trusting in this “god” will be evident—the general population will see no need for God who requires surrender and obedience.

11.39
Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain.

The United States was built by men who had the “New World Order” dream. The writings of Thomas Paine (whose ideas helped trigger the French Revolution) and others like him, of the humanist/revolutionary age, greatly influenced the United States. The Washington capital building and the monument were built with Mason rituals, and New World Order dreams. However, the United States did not follow in the footsteps of France, who showed the “end” results of the humanistic, anti-God theories. The United States was strongly Protestant and God’s blessings attended her. America, with it's constitution forbiding government to impose religion, gave truth the opportunity to be develop. Yet, even as truth had the freedom to develop, so also have the humanistic/spiritualistic theories. When the United States gives up her Protestantism, and joins hands with the Papacy and absorbs the humanistic/social gospel, rather than the everlasting covenant gospel, and makes of non-effect the constitution that upholds people’s freedoms, she will, like Clovis of old, give her strong holds to the Papacy. But more than that, spiritualism will be part of the package, for the beast out of the bottomless pit is the dragon, Satan that old serpent of Revelation 12, ---and the red beast with the seven heads upon which the harlot woman sits in Revelation 17 .

The United States will use her military strong holds, her power and her wealth, to cause them that dwell upon the earth to worship the papacy—to honor her dogmas and her version of the commandments and fall in line with her version of the “New World Order”..

Daniel says “he shall cause them to rule, and he divides the land to his advantage.”

People think the power here mentioned must be a totally “anti-Christian” power. Yet a power that appears Christian, yet has embraced the humanist/social centered gospel, rather than the gospel of the everlasting covenant, is seen in the Prophecies and in history to be the most deceptive and successful in it’s work against the true followers of God. In the past the pagans and papists were actuated by the same dragon spirit. They differed only in that the Papacy, making a pretence of serving God, was the more dangerous and cruel foe. Through the agency of Romanism, Satan took the world captive. The professed church of God was swept into the ranks of this delusion, and for more than a thousand years the people of God suffered under the dragon's ire. And when the Papacy, robbed of its strength, was forced to desist from persecution, prophecy beheld a new power coming up to echo the dragon's voice, and carry forward the same cruel and blasphemous work. This power, the last that is to wage war against the church and the law of God, was symbolized by a beast with lamblike horns, it started out peaceably but the it speaks with the dragons voice.

11.40
And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.

As we saw earlier, the Moslems took over the realm of the king of the south back in the 600's A.D.. Though their history rose and fell, and their Turkish empire is gone, and they are dispersed among various national countries, the Muslim faith still holds the majority of the people in the kingdom of the South. The Moslems will push--
The world is expecting an "antichrist" and the focus of the people is being directed towards the Moslems. Any action of aggressiveness on their part will be magnified.

The Bible has clearly predicted a "beast" "anti-christ" in the time of the end. To deceive the world into accepting the antichrist A COUNTERFEIT ANTI-CHRIST must draw attention away from the real Anti-Christ--

Thus the world is being prepared to accept the Moslems as the anti-christ.

The Christian world has set aside the reformation interpretations of prophecy, they have forgotten what the papacy does when she has the power, they have set all that aside as being outdated. Now they are "expecting" a totally "new" antichrist to come and, among other things, "make a treaty with Israel" enabling the "rebuilding of the temple". This "antichrist" will then supposedly turn around and "desecrate" the temple and Israel will then "know" he was the "false messiah".

The most coveted and contested property in all Israel is the temple mount. In 1967 at the victorious culmination of the 6 day war, Israel captured the temple mount--but it was turned over into the hands of THE MOSLEMS. So the focus IS on the MOSLEMS.

The Catholic Book discussing the prophecies of "Mary" predicts a Moslem antichrist--(Thunder of Justice pages 342,343)

"There will be a World War III and it will be started by a man who wears the turban of the faith, a Moslem. Yet there is a more powerful one to rise in Syria, when this one has accomplished his work. He will cause destruction and pain and great persecution. The red will flow into the sea . . .There will be nothing to eat . . .The Antichrist is going to arise from the Mohammedan race, a Moslem. He is going to have a turban. The people will call it, "the eye of Satan." He will be young. . .wearing a long robe. He will be very intelligent and well equipped for nuclear war. . .worse than Hitler, connected with communists. . .Fire rockets at us some will hit New York City."

HOWEVER the whole middle east focus is merely a smoke screen and stepping stone for the real antichrist to achieve his ends.

The "king of the north" is the papacy, YET his army, which comes in like a whirlwind, with chariots and with many ships;, will be mainly the military might of the United States.

How do I reach this conclusion?

We know the papacy relies upon the armies of other nations. We base our date 508 upon the fact that it was in that year that Papacy aligned itself with the Frankish kingdom, lead by the newly "converted" Clovis. The was the beginning of the 1290 years.

The relationship between the Papacy and the Frank kingdoms continued until Napolean (also from France) severed the relationship.

Revelation 13 makes it plain who will be the army supporting the papacy in the last days. It shows that it is the "second beast" --the USA that will force the whole world to worship the first beast. (Rev. 13:12) They are the "military might" of the last days.

The world is being prepared to recognize the Moslems as anti-Christ, and a Moslem will probably be declared the antichrist. This is already in the outline given to the Papacy by the apparition of Mary.

The world has already been "threatened" that if they do not support the United States in fighting "terrorism" (however the US defines that term) they will be suspected of BEING terrorists.

In the battles that will rage, the world will think they are fighting against the anti-christ. All types of "war measures" will be imposed in North America in the name of "fighting the anti-christ". Yes, America will lose her freedoms -- "in the name of fighting terrorism and the antichrist-- and returning the nation back to God"

BUT THE MOSLEMS are not the anti-christ. All they do is PUSH---
and this gives the Papacy and their "army" the USA, (the image of the beast) the excuse to launch a whirlwind of activity and enter into the countries and impose the "New World Order" by which they will "force the whole world to worship the beast. (Rev. 13:12) The IMAGE OF THE BEAST will be convincing the world they are fighting the "anti-christ" and all the while it is a manoeuver to get the REAL antichrist set up to rule the world.

11.41
He shall enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon.

Who is it that supports Israel?

Reports with rumors that part of the peace agreement between Israel and Palistinians was an unwritten understanding that the Vatican would receive authority over the holy sites of Jerusalem.

The dream is to establish a temple in Jeruselem. The Pope will probably establish himself in the temple in Jerusalem (that has been a dream for years, the Jesuit Loyola was planning it years ago, but situations were not conducive.) The evangelicals are also looking for a restored temple as a key part of endtime events, to which Christ will come and establish a 1000 year reign.

11.42
He shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape.
11.43
But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps

Many Moslems countries will lose their sovereignty and have their resources (oil) plundered. All this clearly foretells that the Moslems will NOT be the final threat—they will be overrun and subdued.

11.44
But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy and utterly to make away many.

Subduing the Moslems is only the excuse to take action in the plan of gaining control of the whole world and bringing it under the papal New World Order.

Tidings out of the east and north--
Could this be the angel of Revelation 18:1 coming down from heaven, having great authority and calling out with a mighty voice against "Babylon" which the king of the North is trying to establish? This angel symbolizes the swelling of the Three Angels’ Message of Rev. 14, into a "loud cry"! These messages will be preached with the power of the latter rain, leading people to desert the ranks of the beast. [Frustrating the king of the North]

My conclusion is based on the following:

The kings of the east are the members of the Godhead – God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The opposing forces is the unholy trinity which consists of the beast, the dragon and the false prophet seeking to set up an earthly kingdom, a counterfeit kingdom, in the name of Christ.

So, tidings or news from the east and north is Christ revealing Himself, through His people, who are preaching “Babylon is fallen, is fallen”, and pointing people to THE TRUE CHRIST, with such great power, the whole world is illuminated with the light from heaven. This so excites the rage of the dragon and his earthly representatives that (he shall go out with great fury to destroy and annihilate many). We can compare this to Revelation 13:11-13 where we see a command "to cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be killed".

Many will resist this implementation of the New World Order and with great fury the "image of the beast" will go forth to utterly do away with many.

It will plunge the world into a terrible ruin. The ensuing wrenching trouble will be blamed on those who refuse to acknowledge the Pope's supremacy and commandments, and to venerate the "Lord's Day" the day of the venerable day of the sun. The hand of force will be applied to subdue all resistance to the new form of authority. (see "Thunder of Justice" pages 101-102 which implies the following thoughts)

• 1. You will be accused of siding with the antichrist if you refuse to acknowledge the pope's authority as the representative of Christ, and be accused of thus fighting against Christ's divine and royal dominion
• 2. You will be accused of siding with the antichrist if you refuse to accept the traditions (SUNDAY) of the church as God's law which must be obeyed to regain God's favor.
• 3. You will be accused of siding with the antichrist if you refuse to accept the unity of the christian movement to restore "Christianity" with the "true pope" as the "primacy" and guardian of the disposition of faith. Thus you will be accused of being a "propagator of error"
• 4. Those who resist this union to "drive out antichrist" will be declared as acting autonomous and independently of God in ordering own activities. Because of their belief that people were given reasoning power to decide for themselves what is right and wrong, truth and error, they will be declared as unco-operative.
• 5. To believe in religious freedom outside of the recognized acceptable religious churches will mean being accused of siding with the antichrist.
• 6. If you believe it is wrong to legislate moral issues ( then you will not only be accused of being with the antichrist, but you will be accused of promoting pornography, homosexuality, abortion and all manner of sinful lifestyles
• 7. If you refuse to support the "Christian movement" to restore Christianity, you will be accused of being a victim of hedonism because you make self the center of your actions if you continue to believe and maintain that religion is a matter between the individual self and God rather than submission to the church.

"Those who honor the Bible Sabbath will be denounced as enemies of law and order, as breaking down the moral restraints of society, causing anarchy and corruption, and calling down the judgments of God upon the earth. Their conscientious scruples will be pronounced obstinacy, stubbornness, and contempt of authority. They will be accused of disaffection toward the government. Ministers who deny the obligation of the divine law will present from the pulpit the duty of yielding obedience to the civil authorities as ordained of God. In legislative halls and courts of justice, commandment keepers will be misrepresented and condemned. A false coloring will be given to their words; the worst construction will be put upon their motives."

11.45
And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.

Isaiah 14:13 Lucifer says,

Again, as we see popular interpretations, the people are waiting for a Christ that comes to reign in old Jerusalem. The “push” from the king of the south, will have convinced the world that the antichrist has come and been defeated, and so the real antichrist could gain control. And now the antichrist, prepares the world to receive what looks like the glorious Christ, but it will be Satan, pretending to be Christ. As the crowning act in the great drama of deception, Satan himself will personate Christ.

Only those who have been diligent students of the Scriptures and who have received the love of the truth will be shielded from the powerful delusion that takes the world captive.

12.1
And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people

During this time, when it seems like Satan is winning, when the whole world is vainly focused upon worshipping his ambassador, the pope, and looking to his men, their priests and deliverers from an “evil” that is sending the whole world into total destruction; when their hopes are centered upon the old Jerusalem, instead of the new, heavenly Jerusalem, and upon Sunday instead of God’s Sabbath day; and when the cry goes forth that Christ is with them, though in actuality it is the ultimate counterfeit Christ—Satan himself; at that time THE REAL CHRIST, Michael, the one who fought against Satan and won in Rev. 12:7.; Christ, the One that has redeemed His people by His blood and won the victory over Satan at the cross. He will stand up “and overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen and faithful.” (Rev. 17:14)

And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time:

The beast from the bottomless pit showed it’s ultimate colors in the reign of terror in France. When Michael stands up and ceases his pleading for the souls of people, the reign of terror that befell France, will fall upon the whole world.

When this time of trouble comes, every case is decided; there is no longer probation, no longer mercy for the impenitent. The seal of the living God is upon His people. This small remnant, unable to defend themselves in the deadly conflict with the powers of earth that are marshalled by the dragon host, make God their defence. The decree has been passed by the highest earthly authority that they shall worship the beast and receive his mark under pain of persecution and death. The restraint which was been upon the wicked is removed, the Holy Spirit no longer speaks through their conscience, and Satan has entire control of the finally impenitent. God's long-suffering has ended. The world has rejected His mercy, despised His love, and trampled upon His law, they will not have the REAL CHRIST tell them how they ought to live. The wicked have passed the boundary of their probation; the Spirit of God, persistently resisted, has been at last withdrawn. Unsheltered by divine grace, they have no protection from the wicked one. Satan will then plunge the inhabitants of the earth into one great, final trouble. As the angels of God cease to hold in check the fierce winds of human passion, all the elements of strife will be let loose. The whole world will be involved in ruin more terrible than that which happened in France during the reign of terror- worse then the terror that befell Jerusalem in 70 A.D., worse than anything that has ever been.

And at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

There was a judgment in heaven and God’s true children have their names written in the book of Life.

Everything in Daniel points to the judgment of God. The time lines, the events in history, all point to the fact that GOD WILL judge, God will vindicate righteousness and evil will NOT STAND, but come to an end.

Daniel seven shows the beast with it’s horn blaspheming God, changing God’s law, persecuting God’s saints BUT the judgment will sit, the books will be opened. This power that claims to be Christian will be judged and after the judgment—the beast will be destroyed and the saints will receive the kingdom.

Yet the judgment is a personal matter, God does not judge us enmass, but personally. We must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that everyone may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad." (2 Cor. 5:10)

Many Catholics who truly have committed themselves to Christ will be saved— The issue is “who do we really worship and serve?”

All who have truly repented of sin, and by faith claimed the blood of Christ as their atoning sacrifice, will have had pardoned written beside their names in the books of heaven. As they have turned from sin and partaken of the righteousness of Christ, allowing the Holy Spirit to write God’s laws upon their hearts and minds, their characters are found to be in harmony with the law of God and their sins will be blotted out. They, as individuals will be accounted worthy of eternal life. The Lord declares, by the prophet Isaiah: "I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions for Mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins." Isaiah 43:25.

Said Jesus: "He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before My Father, and before His angels." "Whosoever therefore shall confess Me before men, him will I confess also before My Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny Me before men, him will I also deny before My Father which is in heaven." Revelation 3:5; Matthew 10:32, 33.

However, what is obvious to God, ( for He knows who belongs to Him) is not obvious to created beings. Thus all things will be judged to show the justice of God.

In the last days the saints of God will be persecuted, and declared the supporters of anti-christ and the cause of all the terror that has come upon earth. They will be condemned, hunted down and persecuted. The earthly courts will declare them condemned, criminal, heretics. Yet God’s courts will overturn the earthly courts.

Michael, the leader of the armies of heaven in the battle against evil, Christ our mediator and Savior, will stand up for God’s people and they will be delivered!

Daniel, looking down to "a time of trouble, such as never was," declares that God's people shall be delivered, "everyone that shall be found written in the book." And the revelator says that those only shall enter the city of God whose names "are written in the Lamb's book of life." Daniel 12:1; Revelation 21:27.

And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

Graves are opened, and "many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth. . . awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt." Daniel 12:2. All who have died in the faith of the third angel's message come forth from the tomb glorified, to hear God's covenant of peace with those who have kept His law. "They also which pierced Him" (Revelation 1:7), those that mocked and derided Christ's dying agonies, and the most violent opposers of His truth and His people, are raised to behold Him in His glory and to see the honor placed upon the loyal and obedient.

And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

Though many died and suffered because of their faith and witness throughout the ages, and the popular governments declared them fools, yet now their true position is shown. These are the ones said to BE WISE! They were faithful unto death and now they receive a crown of life and will shine forever and forever!
