Mankind joins the fallen angel in shaking their fist at God's authority, declaring they have found a better way.
Instead of seeking to make God, the Creator and giver of all life, the supreme authority, Yet in turning from God into disobedience and rebellion against God's commands, they were but paying homage to the prince of disobedience, and cutting themselves off from the source of life.
the serpent, who is Lucifer, Satan and the devil, lured mankind into thinking they could be their own gods,
He lured them to his side of rebellion against "What God said".
