The heavenly court is seated, the books are opened,
but contrary to what we might expect after hearing about all the furious beastly kingdoms seeking dominion of the earth,
these beasts and horns are NOT brought before the heavenly court!

None of the beast powers are placed on trial before the heavenly tribunal, but the judgment is the solution to the problem they represent.
